Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
The forward section has been left open plan so you could use your imagination to make her just as you want. You could have one large cabin or two smaller cabins with heads and a galley. Make your own mind up. However
you dont need to jump in and start work straight away as you could live aboard this boat in her present state due to a webasto heating system to keep you warm as the year comes to a close and the days and nights get colder. With a large double bunk and hot and cold running water the basics are there.
This boat was viewed and photographed by Jason Roscoe of Boatshed Wales. Register or log in to see 32 more photos of this boat. These boat details are subject to contract. NB. Just as a matter of interest, this boat was originally purchased and owned from new by Mr R Knight, ex husband of Ms B Windsor - 'Carry on up the cut' perhaps!
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
