Esta Aresa 16M se vende por un cambio en la situación familiar del propietario que hace que el barco le queda demasiado grande. Se presenta bien, limpio y recogido. Me quedé sorprendido por el espacio que hay a bordo. El camarote del armador es muy grande y cómodo. El barco se podría perfectamente utilizar como apartamento para vivir permanentemente. Bandera española, lista 7ª. Nota: se pueden considerar contra-ofertas.

This Aresa 16M is for sale because a change in the family situation of the owner means that the boat is too big for him. She is well presented, tidy and clean. I was agreeably surprised by the amount of space on board. The owner’s cabin in particular is very spacious and welcoming. This boat would be very suitable as a floating home. Spanish flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
