Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
The layout offers spacious accomodation and a number of creature comforts which would make long range cruising much less enduring. Aboard, one may sleep comfortably in the aft master cabin boasting an island bed with adjacent seating rather than attempting to sleep in a narrow 1.5 person side berth described as a cosy double berth.
No degree of maintenance has been spared by the owner such that the boat is in as near "ready to go " state as you could probably source in the used boat market. Realistically priced too so worth looking into.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
