These boats have almost legendary sea-keeping abilities, they are built to the highest Scandinavian standards, and this particular boat has been well looked after by a knowledgeable and seamanlike owner. Those of you who know about these things will already be aware that the Thames River Police have 9 of these boats!
She is equipped to a high standard, the wheelhouse has the most amazing amount of visibility, and stood or sat at the helm one feels able to tackle to worst (and the best) the British weather can hurl at you! The woodwork is finished to a very high standard, and all the drawers and lockers have obviously been designed by someone who knows ships and the sea.
The saloon is spacious and comfortable, and down below the accommodation is well laid out and snug, with 2.0 headroom in the area between the cabins and the heads.
On deck she feels wonderfully solid and has substantial teak rails, nice wide side decks and useful spaces both fore and aft, with a ladder leading to the fly bridge.
There aren’t many of these about folks, so if you are looking for a superbly built boat that is at home either fishing or cruising, passage-making or pottering, then ring me now!
