Broker's Comments

Broom 35 European offering 6 berths (4 in 2 separate cabins and a double in the saloon).

She is powered by 2 Perkins HT6354 diesel engines which started instantly from cold with little or no smoke (as shown in video).

The engines were removed in 2010 to have this work done and the bilge and engines were painted prior to re fitting. The injector pumps have been fully rebuilt and she has had new water pumps, new oil scavenger pump and the turbos rebuilt.

She is in her original gelcoat which presents well.
There is damage under the aft cabin windows due to historic window leaks and/or condensation from the aluminium frames which need attention, but there are no apparent window leaks.

The upholstery has no damage but being "picky" is showing marks left as a result of the mechanical work having being done but should scrub up well. Otherwise, it is difficult to fault this boat and a good scrub would transform her, she is priced accordingly.
