This Carver has benefited from a re-engine in 2004 which saw the removal of large petrol engines and replacement by two brand new Volvo Penta diesels. This makes the boat an ideal inland waterways boat particularly given the spacious layout. Despite the cockpit being under canopy it gave the sense of real practical additional living accommodation.

The boat has a current boat safety certificate valid until 2010.
