This is a great live-aboard yacht with tons of living space.
Forward Vee Berth currently made up as a Den. Very Nice.

Owners stateroom is aft with island queen bed. Very very comfortable.

There is a 37inch TV in the salon that is excluded from the sale.

PRICE REDUCED! OWNER SAYS SELL NOW!! WOW! What a great live-aboard vessel. She is large and spaceous, gorgeous woodwork below decks, comfortable and beautifully appointed. You have got to see this wonderfully equipped yacht!

Boarding from the Marquip boarding ladder to the aft deck, you are greeted with an expansive entertainment area with comfortable seating, plenty of great views all around and plenty of storage and bar area for all your entertainment needs or just for lounging and reading your favorite novel.

The flying bridge has super 360 degree visibility with plenty of seating for family and friends. All the upholstery is like new.

Below decks you find a very open and spaceous salon with a full working galley down. The saloon is comfortable with L-shaped convertible sofa, wet bar and great stereo system. All the way forward is what can only be called a "gentlemens den". A very comfortable space that is the guest quarters but is currently confrigured as a nice quiet sitting area with table and tv.

All the way aft is the owners stateroom with island queen bed, mountains of storage and lockers, and a very large head with separate shower. Very spaceous and the woodwork is so very nice.

If you are looking for a motor yacht for some local cruising, comfortable entertaining and great liveability, this is one you cannot pass by without a good long look.
