Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
As a result we have a boat that has a sound hull that was re painted and anti fouled 12 months ago and is very dry inside. Work has been done on the topsides and externally she looks lovely.
However the interior does not tell such a nice tale, she needs completely re-fitting (as the pics show!) i.e. shower, galley, toilet, water tank etc etc. If you treat the interior as a blank canvass then she has the potential to be a very attractive and rewarding restoration. The original wood work is in very good condition and is completely original. She has no BSC or recent survey that we are aware of, but she is has a sound hull and had a new wheelhouse fitted in 2005. The mooring at Potter Hiegham is available should the new owner require it.
