Disclaimer
The particulars detailed herein are intended to give a fair description of the vessel but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, these particulars are not a part of any contract or offer and are supplied on the understanding that all negotiations shall be through Boatshed Brokerages, who are acting as brokers for the vendor. The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
Originally constructed to a very high standard using teak boards. Lead keel which provides 1.9 tons of ballast, giving a high level of stiffness for a relatively low draft of only 4'7".
The next owner of this boat will find that the hard work has already been carried out to exacting standards with regard to the fit and finish and cosmetics. The areas which remain unfinished such as the electrics and navigation equipment can be completed by the new owner to their own specification. Unlike many boats of this era she has a remarkably uncomplicated sailing setup and quite a generous beam for the year of build.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
