Are you looking for a floating home on the Spanish coast? Look no further: this houseboat is lying in Barcelona, where you will pay at least 8 times as much for a similarly sized apartment. But the good thing is that she is also a sturdy boat capable of going out to sea, so if you want to move her somewhere else, it can be done: just start up and sail away. The boat offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people, with an extensive galley and saloon. The heads compartment (well, bathroom really) is really luxurious. Of course there is also a lot of outdoor space, on the foredeck and on the roof. Dutch flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
