Major Price Reduction of $16,000!! This 57 foot Chris-Craft Constellation has an October 2008 survey that reports "all-in-all this Chris-Craft Constellation appears in good condition structurally, but in need of a good interior and exterior detailing and upgrade". There are a few wood repairs that were noted two years ago that are yet to be addressed. That said, this is a lot of boat with upgraded electronics and tremendous potential. The engines have relatively low hours and were professionally maintained, however, due to the fact that the boat hasn't left the boathouse since 2001 except for a survey, all areas including engines need current maintenance performed. While the refined beauty of this model's original condition is obscured, it appears to be recoverable and the boat is well-priced for someone interested to undertake the project. The owners are very interested in selling this vessel and will consider all offers. This vessel will likely need some yard time before a long trip should be considered.

A large boathouse is available with the boat and will soon be priced separately on Boatshed Seattle. It requires a membership to be maintained at Day Island Yacht Club. Check their web site for membership fees.

A diver cleans and re-zinks this boat on 6 month intervals.
