This Cinder 22 is in need of quite a lot of work the word project springs to mind.
Good point the hull is in need of a good polish, but it at least looks to be the original gelcoat.
Bad points the old engine has not run for years and is beyond repair. The boat interior needs some serious work, including replacing the cooker and heads for starters.
Last point and a good one is the price, a cheap boat that has potential!
