ABOUT ME
Recently joining the Boatshed Norfolk team as a broker was a fantastic opportunity for a boating nut like me. Originally from Yorkshire, I have moved to Norfolk from Suffolk to fulfil my dream of living in my favourite part of the world. I have been boating since I was a baby, when my family would bring me to Norfolk on boating holidays. As a result I have an indepth knowledge of the Broads and its boats.

I have worked for Anglia Afloat as a freelance writer, concentrating mainly on the hire fleets and also worked for both the Yorkshire Tourist Board and East of England Tourist Board as Membership Officer dealing with tourism businesses throughout the counties. Recent years have seen me working for several local boatyards and these days every weekend is spent on the water (whatever the weather) on our own boat. Over the summer we have started exploring the rivers by canoe and I am pleased to say that I have passed on the boating bug to my three young children. I believe that nothing can beat time spent afloat.
