She has the standard sports cruiser layout of a forward 'V' berth double/dinette, separate heads to starboard with sea toilet, a galley opposite to port and an aft cabin double beneath the cockpit. I don't know how they manage it! Furthermore, even after the recent monsoon she is dry and sweet below decks with not a drop in the bilges. She is very spacious, well designed, and her interior is in very good condition.

Broker's Comments

As an all round family boat this Milan 21 will take some beating. She is very well presented, good performance sufficient for skiing and fast passage making, roomy cockpit for fishing or picknicing with friends, massive roomy cabin for its length perfect for a young family to cruise and overnight on. She also benefits from a new road trailer, so can be towed, stored ashore, launched and retrieved. Good value, clean sports cruisers are hard to find. Her owner now works abroad and is very keen to sell hence her recent price drop. See "more photos" to view internal and external photos of this vessel. Note: A close offer on the asking price may be considered.
