Here is a boat that has been on the hard standing and largely unattended for almost 2 years under trees. So she is not looking her best.......there has been a small leak in the fwd cabin window so some of the upholstery has suffered as a result. The pictures show her as she is. TLC is needed and then some.
However.........apart from the leak in the fwd cabin window the boat is bone dry, the cabin is a good size and has a full galley and separate heads. The woodwork is not rotten and will come up very well. Externally she is in original gelcoat and the hull looks to be in superb order. A modern Honda 4 stroke provides the power. So add £1000 to her value by pressure washing, £500 by polishing her, £500 by adding a BSC and you begin to get the picture. Cleaned up inside and out with a BSC and £5000 for a quick sale. Or you could enjoy her for a couple of years and then double your investment.
