This recently refurbished Dutch Barge has an excellent amount of accomodation and space, with a modern yet tastefully traditional feel.
The boat is on a drying mooring on the River Crouch in Essex. The location is quiet and peaceful, but also has the advantage of being within walking distance of the Marina facilities and a nice country Pub.
This mooring in on an annual contract with the Marina for approx £2200 per annum. This is not a residential mooring, but would make an ideal holiday home. Water and electricity links are available, a phone link could also be added.
