Simply fast and beamy which handles well. Winner of the quarter ton cup in 1973 at Weymouth.
Great for a day / coastal cruiser with plenty of space above and below. She is very satisfying and interesting to sail but safe enough for a novice crew, the current owners have enjoyed some seasons sailing and felt safe in the odd force 5.
They have spent some time and money improving her including
Topsides re-sprayed professionally, stanchion bases re-inforced, new stanchions and guard wires, new perspex washboard, new dyneema halliards (2007).
Electrics replaced, shorepower and 12v dc charger installed (2006).
Keel bolts and rudder bearings replaced (2005).
This is an overall great example, well cared for and it shows, if you want to go sailing she's ready now.
