The Falcon 22 is a stylish cruiser equally at home as a fast offshore sport cruiser or as a sedate river cruiser. She offers true 4 berth accomodation with the option of further berths in the spacious cockpit. There is a single helm seat and masses of further seating options in the cockpit. This boat is personally known by me and has been very well looked after throughout it's life. She has a BSC until 2013 and was fully serviced in November 2006. Since then she has had very little use. The condition of the upholstery is 1st class and a new canopy was made and fitted in July 2006. The heads offer a shower and washbasin and a transom shower is also fitted as standard. This particular boat was the demonstrator at the London Boat Show in 1984. This boat is priced to sell and is a must see.
