Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. This very rare, Belfast Lough One Design by WM Fife is now 107 years old. She was one of nine built, of which three survive. A five year restoration was completed in 2001 by two Cornish yards, Ocean Yacht Co. and Penryn Bridge Boatyard. She is now in an original and “as new” condition. The hull is larch on white oak with other timbers being Aformosia and teak. The restoration included a complete rebuild and refit as well as a new Yanmar engine and a wardrobe of SKB sails. Since her re-launch, she has competed in the Falmouth Classics, Fowey Regatta, Falmouth Old Gaffers and the Fife Regatta. I have had the privilege of viewing and photographing her. Currently, she is in storage in the Midlands. The mast and sails were else where and could not be photographed but will be available for inspection. The steel cradle is included in the sale. I have a lot of other historical documents and photos which are available on a CD. This special yacht was a state of the art racer in her day and would be perfect for competing in the classic events of today. See "more photos" to view 40 internal and external photos of this vessel.

Currently lying in the Midlands.
