So there's the good news... ..So why is a 35k boat being sold for 15k.......The answer is that she unfortunately burst a shower pump during winter through not being winterised and sank. She was lifted the next day, the repair done and refloated.
The engine is fine as is the gearbox and the oil and filters will be changed for good measure. Otherwise whilst everything is there there is no guarantee of how ell things like the eberspacher heating etc has faired as the owner has instructed us to sell "As is". The internal woodwork is all very good the only thing that does need replacing is the galley (which was new in 2010) and the work surface is domestic and has swollen. I can't see any reason why the 12v and gas wont work? The carpets are "Floatex" and a good pressure wash should do the trick. The mattresses are no good as they have been soaked.
The pictures show the boat as she is now (Taken 15th April) unless labelled otherwise, i,e "Pre January" with her as she was raised full of clutter etc except for the floor panels lifted for her to dry out.
Hopefully the boatyard will have had chance to clear the inside and give her a good wash when she will look so much better.
