This Halcyon 23 is still a bit of a project the current owner has been unable to finish it off due to health reasons. The work done to date is pretty good the windows have all been redone and the interior has been partly refitted. Is would not take much to get it back in commission. It also has an inboard diesel engine. Priced to sell and well worth the asking price in my view.
