This is a professionally built hull and deck which has been partially fitted out and completion would provide an excellent liveaboard or long term cruising yacht.
It is currently designed to have 4 berths forward with separate heads and shower, saloon with galley, dining area and internal helm and aft cabin with double berth, shower and heads.
There would be an aft steering position.
Work stopped in 2007 due to a change in circumstances it is ready for a new owner to finish it off.
An additional reduction is available for completion by the end of February.
