Steel construction with Full-displacement underwater profile,
The hull is in 8mm steel with a bitumen coating. The superstructure is 6mm steel with paintwork in generally good condition.

The upper deck features 3 separate areas of steel deck. There are also short, full width storage decks at either end, accessed by fire escape doors from the interior.

The generous windows are teak framed and double glazed.

The lounge is large and light with wooden floors and large wood panelled cupboards. There is a large wall mounted flat screen which is wired for satellite input. There is under floor heating, electric radiators and a solid fuel stove (with a free local source of wood).

The well laid out galley kitchen is complete with a serving bar, built in cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave.

An entrance hall in the middle of the boat leads to the bedrooms, bathroom and stairs to the roof gardens.

The beautifully appointed bathroom has a large bath/ shower, a wash basin, masses of storage and a domestic toilet. There is a large holding tank with permanently connected shore side pump out.
