A very well appointed houseboat in a peacefull dyke off the main Norwich river. She has been owned by her current owner for the past 20 years and as a result has been very well looked after in all areas. There are large patio windows in the lounge offering a view of the river as well as allowing light to flood in giving the appearance of a larger area. There are 2 dedicated bedrooms the main having a double and the second having 2 singles. There is a full size galley with cooker and fridge etc. The bathroom has an electric shower basin toilet and bath.
There is ample storage on the roof for patio furniture etc. The boat is furnished and also has Sky TV along with TV and midi-hi fi.
This boat must be viewed to fully appreciate the quality of this very inviting and somehow extreemly relaxing home.
