The galley requires a fair amount of re-furbishment, the original cooker has been removed, so a new one will be needed. The after cabin has separate heads and shower comparments en-suite, the shower actually has a bath in it! I suspect that the pipework to both heads and maybe the units themselves will need replacing.

I usually like to write brokers comments in a fairly light hearted manner. Not this time folks, this is serious! Thinking about taking part in an adventure such as the ARC is a serious matter, it needs a serious budget and a serious boat such as a Hunter Legend 450. Thinking about taking part in the ARC on a limited budget is a very serious matter. So, what about a serious blue water boat on a budget? Hunter Legend 450 for sale perhaps? Here she is folks! This is an exciting project for some intrepid soul - she needs a fair amount of work to get her back up together. She will be a challenge, but come the end of the project you will own a really beautiful boat and have the satisfaction of knowing that it was all by your own hand!
