Stepping into the cockpit area, the craft looks very original. To the aft there is a cabin with 2 single berths and a vanity unit between. Stepping forward through the companionway with a sliding hatch above, we come into the saloon area comprising of seating port and starboard, which can be easily pulled out on hinges to create 2 double berths. Forward again we have the galley with a domestic cooker and preparation space to port and a single sink/drainer opposite. The forepeak of this craft is where we find the heads. Within the heads there is a small wash basin which is currently being plumbed in, and I believe a shower could be easily fitted if required.

Broker's Comments

This Jack Powles Star Class will have brought many families happiness in years gone by. A happiness that you now have an opportunity to share. The layout of this craft lends itself well to family cruising on the inland waterways, or perhaps a liveaboard. Either way she is full of the character that a wooden boat brings. She has only recently been put back into the water, and apart from a few finishing touches, (currently being carried out by the owner), she is ready to be enjoyed again.

More photographs will be added in the next few days as the sun was playin havoc with the camera.
