This Derby Winner Class fast launch built by JS White in 1941 is one of very few still afloat, a rare piece of history; but she is in need of significant TLC.
The hull appears to be in sound condition and it is understood to have been recently epoxied below the waterline. It is also believed that a previous owner had substantial structural work carried out. The original Perkins engines have been removed and are no longer available but the props and shafts remain.
The topsides also require attention but there are some unique original fittings still in place. This is a major but potentially rewarding project and she will make a fine live aboard or classic cruiser.
