This is a classic wooden Broads Cruiser that is owned by a proffesional boat builder/restorer. Externally she has been refurbished completely from the keel to the cabin roof (folding) to an excellent standard. Internally she is 90% completed but the owner simply does not have the time to devote on the final touches. She is ready to go and can be enjoyed immediatly. There are a few minor details that need to be finished in order for this boat to be concourse! The main area in my opinion is the heads where the shower needs fitting. All the required fittings are there however.
This is a good solid boat benefiting from a survey in 2006 where all items identified have been professionally addressed.
