This 7m berth in Burnham Yacht Harbour has approximately 21 more years to run on the lease. The berth will take a slightly larger boat than that used by the current owners, they use it for a 6.7m boat with 2.6m beam.
The boat is also for sale it is a Jeanneau Merry Fisher 655 in nice condition - on the website under our ref: 102104.
There are annual maintenace costs but these are off course much lower that the cost of renting the berth on an annual contract. The charges for the year ending March 2010 have been paid in full and totalled £878.
