Stepping down the companionway on deck brings us into the midships area. Here we find the heads/shower, a single berth to port, two double berths in the forward cabins and an area that could easily create another two single berths with the addition of some cushions. Aft from the accomodation area we enter the engine room where the generator and fuel tanks can also be found. Aft again and we have what is currently a large storage area but could easily be converted to a good size double with enough room for an island bed. The galley is located up in the wheelhouse and is a good size with domestic cooker and plenty of storage. Please note that at present there is no access to below decks from the galley other than going on deck and down either the fore or aft companionway. The current headroom below decks is 5ft 6ins and 6ft 6ins in the galley and wheelhouse.

This MFV Conversion would be highly suitable as a liveaboard with further work being required in order to achieve this. At present she is perfect for use as a deep sea leisure craft. She has a self sufficient electrical system, accomodation for 5 that could easily be adapted for many more and a couple of long range fuel tanks allowing you to step aboard and head for the horizon.
The owner is now very keen to sell this boat and has reduced the price accordingly.(28.10.06)
