This is a lovely compact boat with light interior in good condition.

Entering from the well deck via solid steel doors into a good living area with sofa/single bed and room for a table or free standing chair. There is also a small Boatman, solid fuel stove.

Amidships is the galley to one side with cooker, electric fridge and sink. There is plenty of work surface and storage. To the other side is a bathroom with shower, basin and Thetford Cassette toilet.

Aft is a bedroom with double bed, storage and exit to cruiser stern.

Hot water is provided by an engine calorifier. There are 240v sockets for shore power.

This is a very nice compact little boat, in very clean condition. Nice interior and well equipped.

It would make a great starter boat for weekends or longer cruising. It could even be used as a live-aboard for someone would like a minimal approach.

A leisure mooring at Hallingbury Marina is available with this boat, subject to agreement with marina management.
