A very nice light-wood fit out with two bedrooms making this a rare six berth boat.

Entering from the covered well deck through double doors into a spacious lounge with large windows. There is a Morso Squirrel, solid fuel, stove and a large futon style couch, convertible to double bed.

The galley kitchen is well laid out with fridge, cooker and sink, as well as plenty of storage.

Next is a bathroom with hip bath and shower, wash basin and a short bath with shower over.

The main bedroom features a double bed with storage at each end.

There is a further room which is fitted as a dinette which converts to a double bed. This room would also make a useful study/office.

Exit via engine room, with additional storage space and generator to trad stern

There is heating via radiators from a Webasto diesel heater, or engine calorifier as well as the solid fuel stove.

Hot water is also provided by the Webasto, calorifier or an immersion heater.

This is a superb boat for living aboard or extended cruising, benefiting from an extra dining room/ study / bedroom, as well as good bathroom, comprehensive kitchen and spacious lounge.

The heating and hot water arrangements via solid fuel stove, radiators, Webasto diesel boiler, engine calorifier and immersion heater are extremely comprehensive. Add in 240v power via shore, generator or inverter, and you are covered for all eventualities.

The fit out is good looking, comfortable and practical.

The engine and paintwork appear in very good condition.
