Broker's Comments

The present owner has sailed for 50 years and assures me that she is one of the most reliable, comfortable, easily handled yachts, with superb sailing performance he has had the pleasure to own - he actually spoke to Alan Buchanan who confirmed that she was one of the best boats he has designed.

She is heavily built and feels solid throughout, but what suprised me most was the amount of space, good sized saloon and forward cabin, and a suprisingly large aft cabin. She has had refits and equipment updates over recent years and comes with an excellent inventory, running to a bow thruster and beaching legs.

She would appeal to those interested in some longer distance cruising, the build definitely instils confidence when the wind starts to blow and she would be comfortable to spend periods of time aboard.

There is also the possibility of taking over the berth which has a 26 year lease, which will save thousands of pounds, this is subject to negotiation.
