With its open salon and curtained berthing cabins it can be as private or as spacious as you need it to be. The full galley with loads of storage space and a fairly large fridge will let you prepare almost anything. There is a sliding counter insert that comes up from behind the Force 10 two-burner stove that fills in the counter top when not cooking. Dry stowage, drawer sets and pan cabinets surround you. 6 foot 2 inch standing headroom makes this boat comfortable for most people.

This open cabin design has a curtained V-berth forward and curtained quarter berth aft. It's a great boat for a small family or couple. Salon table retracts completely under V-berth or can be left open locking into the compression post. Settees on both sides easily allow six to sit at the table. Fully equipped galley, head, nav station, hanging locker, large fridge, very well thought-out use of space. Every accessible space on this boat has a locker or door for stowage. Queen size berths fore and aft with salon settees that have reliefs under the foreward berth for tall folks. Teak and holly sole with zippered upholstered headliner. All windows are bronze opening ports. There are two small blemishes in the interior. One is a very small upholstery repair in the forward berth and the teak drawer front at the galley has a corner split off the top of the drawer. Otherwise the interior is nicely clean in very good condition with no odd smells and no visible signs of any leaks. Portlights appear to be glass as no sign of crazing is seen. One large access hatch above V-berth opens. All cabins have shelves for books or storage.

Broker's Comments

Register with Boatshed to see 69 extra photos of this Pacific Seacraft 31 Sloop.
The Pacific Seacraft 31, introduced in 1987, shares its heritage with the celebrated Crealock 37 which earned a position in the American Sailboat Hall of Fame for its seaworthiness and build quality. This smaller 31 foot design encapsulates the same concepts for comfort and safety into a more compact package. This Crealock-designed 31 footer may be all the boat a small family or couple will ever need for safe and capable cruising.

Wide side decks (with the chainplates on the outside) make going forward easy and the high bulwarks provide a level of safety that few boats of this length offer. Profurl boom with fully battened main and Harken furling headsail make this a very easy boat to handle, even for relatively new sailors.
