Whilst times may have changed this old lady has been chugging on regardless carrying probably millions of Brits in not much style in various amounts of rain, gales and storms and the occassional bit of sun building memories to last a lifetime.
They dont make em like this anymore, they would just be too expensive but the build quality is what has made this boat last 64 years and she could still be going for years to come. So if you fancy a nice little earner by the sea, this is certainly one way to do it, previously coded for passengers, the current owner bought the boat for private use but she needs to work and earn her keep. It would make a hell of a fishing boat as well.
Legend has it that this was Harold Wilsons favourite tripper boat and there are pictures of him and Mary on board.
I dont know if I should have mentioned that though!
Just reduced for a quick sale to £6000 which is probably the bargain of the year.
There is a recent hull report available showing no problems.
