This 48' Ponderosa is easily boarded on the swimstep. The spacious cockpit is great for fishing, BBQing, cooler storage or just lounging out in deck chairs. Up a few steps from the cockpit is the enclosed aft deck. Protected by the hardtop and eisenglass enclosure, this entertaining space can be used comfortably year round. It has nice wicker chairs, a table and loveseat and doors to access the foredeck. The aft deck bar area has storage, an icemaker and a freezer. Through the companionway and down a few steps is the saloon. The saloon has an L-shaped couch and recliner to starboard and two bucket chairs and flatscreen TV to the portside. Down and aft of the saloon is the master stateroom with island walkaround queen berth, plus hanging lockers, drawer storage and vanity area. The master head has a shower stall, sink and electric head. Forward and down from the saloon is the well equipped galley with 4-burner propane stove/oven, AC refrigerator, convection microwave, dual stainless sink, and plenty of storage and counterspace. Opposite of the galley is the optional third stateroom - a rare and desirable feature in this style of motoryacht. This stateroom has over/under bunks that are currently being used for storage. Across is the guest head that can be used as a day head for all of your guests. The foreward stateroom has over/under bunks with a larger bunk on bottom.

This 48' Ponderosa Aft Cabin Cockpit Motoryacht appears in excellent shape overall. With its massive interior space and ample sleeping accommodations, it would serve as a comfortable family cruiser or live-aboard. This Ponderosa is clean inside and out - including the engine room. The teak decks appear to be in very good shape and they give the boat a classic look. The interior of the boat is in near showroom condition. The interior woodwork is high quality and really brightens up the boat. It is a spacious boat with its full-beam master stateroom and saloon, plus plenty of headroom. This Ponderosa is ideal for entertaining - with plenty of seating on the flybridge, a full-beam aft deck with furniture, a large cockpit, plus lots of room on the foredeck for lounging in the sun. It has been stored in a boathouse out of the weather so it shows evidence of very little exposure to the elements. This motoryacht has a nice equipment list including RIB with 15 Hp on hydraulic davits, inverter, diesel heat, radar, autopilot, Nobeltec Chartplotter, canvas enclosures, and more. It is a full efficient, comfortable motoryacht that has been well loved over the years.

The owner will consider a partial trade for a 36-40 footer with twin diesels.
