The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
Removal of shoes before we entered the cabin says so much and the carpets and upholstery throughout are in superb condition. It is so difficult to relay the amazing condition of every aspect of this 22 year old craft and with the best will in the world the photos cannot represent the true condition.
Anyone who is seriously looking for a spacious boat with good sized family accomodation will find it very difficult to find anything comparable. The boat has a current BSS certificate until 2010.
An additional attraction is the option of her much sought after mooring being available to the new owner.
The owner ensured the boat was fully winterised and has recently re-commisioned her ready for the summer.
