A big plus is that this boat comes with a Central London residential mooring licence. These licences alone have been marketed for sums in excess of £30,000 and there is currently a very long waiting list to get into this marina. This is a secure, gated marina, very close to Canary Wharf and the City. It is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.
Whilst the residential mooring is a huge bonus, don't forget this is a great boat for pootling up and down the river or even hurtling across the Channel. Whilst the the twin diesel engine provide plenty of oomph, they are extremely economical, enabling fast, stylish cruising at an affordable price.
