Were else can you buy an apartment in the sun for just under £60,000? This boat is not only a great live-aboard but you can also take friends and family on long Mediterranean cruises.

All the recommendations of the 2006 survey were implemented. In the last four months the owner has invested £5000 in the vessel including a brand new radar.

I feel this boat will soon be under new ownership.
