The owner is keen to sell and is looking for offers in excess of £100,000. At this price the wish is that genuine buyers will be attracted and place their best offer accordingly.
This San Lorenzo is a fine example of an Ocean going cruiser. Her size and design sees her as ideally suited to extended offshore cruising whilst her accommodation is substantial and offers all the comforts of a large ship.
When you stand on her main bridge or flybridge you get the feel of a much larger craft. I see her as suited to a number of additional roles. Most particularly, she would make an ideal liveaboard with cavernous space including three separate (ensuite) double bedrooms. Alternatively, she could be modified and updated for chartering being able to cater for a couple of families or corporate entertainment (subject to registration).
Her current owner has maintained and loved her very much and enjoyed many vacations abroad. She is ready for new travels and undoubtedly the new owner will wish to place there own stamp of style on her, in the course of time.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
