The Seal 28 was designed by Angus Primrose and built by John Baker between 1976 and 1982, and around 90 of them were built. This is a substantial cruising yacht with masthead rig, lifting ballasted keel; 6 berths with 2 of them in separate aft cabin and a 20 hp diesel, making it also a convincing motor sailor.
In need of some TLC and an overall scrub-up a good value boat for someone not afraid to get their hands dirty in turning this into a cracking little family cruiser.
