Broker's Comments

The 450 Statesman has been giving the marketing department at Fairline headaches for years due to the seperate dinette plus aft cabin layout and it's easy to see the reason. Not everyone wants to eat in the saloon which is why I think this will make someone a great family boat. Super fore and aft ensuite cabins as well as the convertable dinette provides 3 large comfortable double berths plus a single in the saloon. A very userffriendly layout.
