Gig Harbor's boutique village is minutes away by water, with Fox Island and Wollochet Bay directly across the narrows. This relatively new boathouse is sheathed with steel instead of aluminum which keeps the fire department happy. It will contain and protect a boat nearly 40 foot long with a beam of 15 feet. Side walkways and a generous front storage area will keep all your needed items out of the weather. Located at the base of 19th Street in Tacoma, there is a store, fuel dock and marina amenities immediately at hand. Interior water to rafters is 202 inches. Shore power is metered.
