Built in 1977 by the renowned Sumerset boat builders in the USA, she is designed as a holiday home for lakes and rivers. She is currently used as a permanent live aboard and has been configured with 1 large aft cabin with a full size double bed. This could easily be changed to form 2 roomy cabins.
Onboard she is more like a small flat than a boat. She has all the comforts of modern living, with full sized domestic appliances and fittings. The owner is leaving everything on board including new leather sofas and a great home entertainment centre.
Onboard the living area is light and airy, with all the accommodation above the water line. Heat is from a new gas fire which produces plenty of warmth.
Outside there is an undercover patio area and up top the coach roof could be utilised for extra outdoor living.
If you want a home ready to go then this is definitely worth a look. The current residential mooring is available for long term occupancy.
