Broker's Comments

This is a fully equipped Manhatten 48 with all the factory fitted goodies. She is a mark II version and is the twin guest cabin version with a raised galley area. These boats are superbly built, very capable and really do command respect.

The engines and gearboxes have just had their Spring 2006 service and the flybridge upholstery is being re-covered now.

I have included a photo of the port forward quarter stainless steel rubbing strake. This has been bumped into by some muppet and it is dented ( ask me for the photo).

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Steven ofBoatshed Falmouth .

Note: Offers on the asking price will be considered.
