An early edition of the renowned folkboat this one is owned and cared for by a professional wooden boat builder. In the last two years she has had new sails, new hatches, new interior joinery and new cushions as well as having the deck and cabin resheathed in epoxy glass.
The hull which is pitch pine on oak construction is in good condition with solid fixings. The keel bolts were attended to only five years ago.
This is a unique opportunity to own a classic sail boat at a fraction of what she has cost. Though these boats are basic in the interior this one is bright, clean and cheerful and the new hardwood joinery sets off the cabin beautifully.
