(b) This is a fantastic opportunity to own a piece of history. This classic boat is a beautiful vessel. She has been rescued and restored.
David Bond and Stewart Morris achieved a gold medal in her in the 1948 Men's Swallow Class Olympics in Torbay and it is planned for her to be in a static display in the 2012 Olympics in Weymouth.
The class has its own start in Cowes week and the Nationals are held in Itchenor. She is easy to sail two up with a helm and crew as there are no runners to add to the complications of sailing. The optional third crew member makes keeping the hull flat in windy conditions easy.
