The Virgo Voyager was constructed by Newbridge boats and provides accommodation for up to five combined with adequate sailing performance. They were robustly built and have a 50% ballast ratio, making them a stiff,safe and stable little cruiser.
The owner of this example told me she was in great condition...and he wasn't lying! She has clearly been well looked after throughout her lifetime and has recently had all the old antifouling stripped off to reveal the shiny gelcoat beneath. If you’re looking for a budget family cruiser; the spacious accommodation combined with twin keels allowing you to utilise cheaper drying moorings and explore shallow estuaries; the Virgo Voyager should be high on your shortlist.
