Broker's Comments

Until recently this was a very well looked after boat. This Westerly Centaur has the favoured "B" layout. The owner has had new upholstery, a new Nanni engine and gearbox fitted, new decking to the cockpit etc.
She is a very "dry" boat with no evidence of leaking windows etc and the hull and topsides whilst needing a scrub are original gel-coat.
The engine started and responded instantly first time since whenever she was last run without any problem at all. The gearbox is very smooth.
The mast has been removed but is stored at the marina along with all the rigging.
There are 4 bags of sails which appear to be in very good order though I am unable to confirm the year of the sails.
She had new keel bolts in 1996 when the Nanni Engine and new gearbox were also fitted.
There is extensive history in several large folders
We have priced this boat competitively as the previous owners family require a quick sale if possible.
There are lift out facilities at the marina in Brundall should a survey inspection be required.
Broads toll paid until April 2020.
Her last survey was in 2011 and a copy can be emailed.
++Please note: I am awaiting confirmation re engine year and BSC expiry date from the owners family.++
