Broker's Comments

This 1950's built traditional Broads cruiser has been transformed from a tired wreck to a thing of beauty. She is 85% complete and is in a usable and seaworthy condition. She is ideal for use here on the Broads, on the Thames, Windermere or any of the UK's rivers and estuaries. She has recently been valued at 35K when complete. She currently lives in a wet shed mooring on the North Norfolk Broads which is paid for until March '05. This highly prized mooring has power, water and storage and can be renewed from April '05.
